Architectural Copper Warranty

Revere warrants that, for a period of twenty-five (25) years after delivery, Revere standard architectural sheet copper, Ultrapan™ quality strip copper, EverGreen™, and FreedomGray™ will comply with the written specifications accepted by Revere and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

Revere further warrants the patinated surface of Revere EverGreen pre-patinated copper will perform in a manner similar to naturally formed patina subjected to the same conditions for a period of twenty-five (25) years.

This warranty covers only that material which is installed in strict accordance with Revere's published specifications and installation instructions for Revere standard architectural sheet copper, Ultrapan quality strip copper, EverGreen, and/or FreedomGray.

This warranty does not cover unusual or uneven weathering, defects which are caused by or are the result of improper installation, architectural design of the building, unusual atmospheric or weather conditions, including pollution or harmful emissions, and/or events which prevent formation of or cause removal of the natural occurring oxide film. Defects discovered or discoverable upon delivery and inspection must be reported prior to fabrication and installation. Revere's liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing defective material, with a maximum liability equal to the purchase price. Under no circumstances will Revere be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of warranty.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and of merchantability, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed.
