Energy Surcharge based on Natural Gas Pricing (Effective November 1, 2005)

The energy surcharge is tied to the cost of natural gas in $/Decatherm. These costs are tracked on a regional basis. The data base is NYMEX Natural Gas Monthly Settlement Price can be found at http://www.hessenergy.com/reports/NymexSettlementReport.aspx.

The monthly settlement price effective for each month and the range listed below will be used to determine the energy surcharge effective for orders placed during the month. Monthly settlement prices are published three days prior to the start of each month.
