CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM- SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Revere Copper Products, Inc., an employee owned, nationally recognized leader in the nonferrous metals industry, has a position available at its Rome, New York facility for a Customer Support Team Sales Representative.

The This position requires the successful candidate to manage daily customer requirements entering orders, resolving complaints, problem solving, managing inventory levels, negotiating pricing, communicating with vendors, etc. He or she will partner with their value stream team members to satisfy the needs of our customer base through Lean solutions. The candidate will be responsible for continuing our Lean efforts through 5S in their workspace and as a periodic contributing team member in Accelerated Improvement Workshops.

The The successful candidate will possess a four year college degree, and have prior customer service experience. He or she must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills; and be a team player with a great sense of urgency to accomplish tasks. The candidate must be able to create and analyze documents and presentations using a variety of Microsoft products. An understanding of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
