Developer I The Developer I will support and develop new web, desktop, and service applications in a primarily Microsoft Windows environment to support business and manufacturing requirements. Bar Mill Production Supervisor Build relationships with employee direct reports. Remove barriers so employees can succeed. Coach employees to put forth their best efforts towards the goals of the company. Create and reinforce clear and basic workplace expectations. Actively follow up with employees to reinforce or redirect their efforts towards these expectations. Reliability Engineer Originates and develops analysis methods for determining reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyzes data. Investigates to determine the reliability required for the particular situation and prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports for defining reliability problems. Recommends improvements with consideration for cost limitations for equipment up/down time, repair/replacement costs, weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment.
